2. Description of Service

JCN Cleaning provides professional cleaning and facilities management services for residential, commercial, and domestic clients. We offer one-off cleans, regular maintenance, and specialized cleaning services.

3. Booking and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation or verbal agreement.
• Payments are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice.
• We accept bank transfers and card payments.
• Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the invoice.

4. Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Liability and Insurance

JCN Cleaning is fully insured. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.

6. Staff and Safety

All our staff are fully trained to high professional standards and have undergone background checks. For the safety of our staff, we request that clients disclose any hazardous conditions on the premises prior to the start of the service.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. Changes to Terms

JCN Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
